NINTH STAGE - FINAL WORKS

EIGHTH STAGE - INTERIOR DECORATION

According to the latest requirements, residential buildings shall be equipped with a recuperation system (unless otherwise provided in the project). Electrical wiring and plumbing. There is also a sewage system and treatment facilities.
SIX STAGE - FACADE FINISHING
During this phase, the installation of windows, skylights, exterior doors and gates (if any in the project) will begin the exterior finishing work. Wind insulation film is being laid, masonry works, siding installation, plastering works, edge finishing works, installation of eaves gutters and downpipes, sealing of door and window blocks, painting. Different materials are used for the facade (depending on the project presented or prepared by the company). These can be siding, plaster, slate, finishing panels and other facade finishing materials.
FIVE STAGE - WINDOW AND DOOR INSTALLATION
Windows and doors are installed during the completion of the frame during this phase. Windows and doors are framed, with collars, handles and locks. Exterior finishes around frames and sealing around doors and windows by heat, air and steam insulation technicians.
FOURTH STAGE - WIRE INSTALLATION
During this phase detailed construction drawings are prepared according to the submitted or prepared project. The frame of the building under them starts with the exterior walls, then the interior partitions, the floor (if any), the walls of the next floor (if any) and ends with the roofing. Installation of chimneys and stairs is usually part of the framework installation work. Upon completion of the frame installation works, the building insulation and sealing is started.
THREE STAGE - INSTALLATION OF THE FOUNDATIONS
During this phase, the foundations of the future building will be designed on the basis of the project presented or prepared, and the optimal option will be selected. According to the prepared drawings the excavation of the foundation pit is started on the construction site. Excavation ditches for the installation of engineering networks, necessary for the installation of retaining walls or elements for the sole. If the client plans to build several buildings on skype, all the foundations are installed at his request. Once the foundation of the building has been fully installed, it proceeds to the next stage of construction.
TWO STAGE - EARTHWORKS
During this phase, the boundaries of the site are determined and the exact location of the future building is marked. These works are performed in accordance with statutory requirements and regulations. Everything is planned according to existing or planned engineering systems and their implementation. If, in the current situation, another structure or foundation has already been registered on skype prior to commencement of construction, then demolition and dismantling of the building will be handled first. After the planning of the building, excavation of the foundation pit is started on the construction site.
FIRST STAGE - DESIGN
During this phase, we meet with the client and examine the current situation. If the client is approaching us without a building project, we offer to prepare it with us, and if they have one, we review it and discuss it. For the new project, according to the given requirements, we prepare several proposals from which the optimum can be selected. We produce an estimate based on the project created or available. Introducing the materials offered by our suppliers, suggesting and assisting in the selection of suitable options.
